All prices are displayed in US Dollars ($) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, lab results, and images of our magic mushrooms, microdosing products, and psychedelics; however, actual packaging and appearance may vary slightly by batch.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched. We accept a wide range of secure payment methods including Bank Transfer, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Bitcoin, and Chime.

We ship discreetly to the USA and worldwide. USA orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

You have 30 days from receipt to return an item. Due to strict hygiene and safety regulations, items must be completely unused, in their original packaging, and all tamper-evident seals must be fully intact. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

All hardware products (such as grow kits) are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase. Consumable products (mushrooms, edibles, capsules) are guaranteed for freshness and potency upon arrival. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage, misuse, or consumption.

Our liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Customers are responsible for consuming products safely and in accordance with local laws.
